Shaking ladles are used as treatment ladle for molten metals. The shaking movement is produced y means of an excentric drive. Shaking pans are often used for the desulphurisation of blast furnace and cupola furnace iron. The weights range from 0.8 t to a maximum of approx. 10 t.
